Pricing is flat per account (not per-seat) and billed in EUR. Metering is outcome-based: a "lead" is one completed form response, and your first 10 leads are free for life (no card) — a total, not per month, not per form. Paid plans remove the cap. Forms are unlimited on every plan, including Free; only leads are metered.

## Overage & limits
- Free plan: after 10 lifetime leads, new leads are blocked until you upgrade — you are never charged for overage. Free is also capped at 10 notification emails per month.
- Pro and Business: unlimited leads; no per-lead fees, no response caps.

## Billing
- Currency: EUR. Billed via Stripe.
- Monthly or annual. Annual saves ~20% (Pro €15/mo vs €19; Business €39/mo vs €49) and is charged once per year (€180 / €468).
- Payment methods: card via Stripe Checkout (plus any other methods enabled in Stripe).
- VAT/tax: `TODO: confirm` — VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location; confirm in Stripe Checkout.
- Manage, change, or cancel a plan anytime via the Stripe customer billing portal.

## Terms
- Free trial: there is no time-limited trial — the Free plan (10 leads free for life, no card) is the try-before-you-pay path.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

## Source of truth
SalesHose is billed through Stripe (account acct_1TilrE7zQytzsEYo), which holds the live prices for all four SKUs (Pro and Business × monthly and yearly). The amounts in this file mirror the public pricing page; they were not re-verified against the Stripe API in this update. Confirm exact amounts, currency, and tax behaviour in Stripe before relying on them for a contract.

## FAQ
- **What is a "lead"?** One completed form response — a respondent who finishes and submits your form. Views and partial answers don't count.
- **Is pricing per-seat?** No. It is flat per account; there is no per-seat charge.
- **Is there a free tier?** Yes — your first 10 leads are free for life across unlimited forms (a total, not per form or per month), no card required.
- **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes, via the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- **Where is my data hosted?** Your respondents' lead data is stored in the EU (Cloudflare, Western Europe region). A DPA is available on request (dpa@saleshose.com).
